User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• We recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

By connecting your bank accounts to Sail:

• You understand that we use read-only access and cannot initiate transactions
• You can revoke this access at any time through your account settings

Data Accuracy

• We strive to provide accurate financial data but cannot guarantee completeness
• You should verify important information with your financial institution
• You are responsible for reviewing and categorizing your transactions
• Report any discrepancies to us promptly

AI-Powered Features

Our AI-powered features, including chat assistance and financial insights:

• Provide general information and suggestions based on your financial data
• Do not constitute professional financial, investment, or legal advice
• May not be suitable for all financial situations
• Should be used in conjunction with professional advice for important decisions
• Are continuously improved but may occasionally provide inaccurate information

Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

Limitation of Liability

• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

Termination
